EJones@SFLTimes.comTAMARAC – Two Broward Sheriff's Office deputies have been charged with falsifying official records.
Deputies David Wimberly and Brian Swadkins work out of the Tamarac district.
Swadkins is facing one misdemeanor count of falsifying official records and Wimberly is charged with two counts.
The charges were filed Jan. 23 and they have been issued notices to appear in county court at a yet to be determined date, before Broward County court Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren.
Broward State Attorney's Office officials say the charging documents are not available at this time.
