FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Broward County and the City of Pompano Beach have launched ePermitsOneStop, a centralized website that allows customers to submit permitting applications and have those plans reviewed online for permits, licenses and approvals.

Using ePermitsOneStop, Pompano Beach customers can now apply and receive approval for both City of Pompano Beach building permits and associated Broward County permits in a quicker, more seamless process.

It also eliminates the need to travel to Broward’s Government Center West in Plantation.

“Broward County is excited to launch this pilot initiative with the City of Pompano Beach,” said .” said Broward County Commissioner Lamar P. Fisher.

“The ePermitsOneStop program offers a streamlined online process that will help customers save time, avoid lines, and traffic. It’s simple and creates efficiency in government and much better service for our customers.”

Fisher set the development of the ePermitsOneStop service as a community priority this year.

“I am very proud that Pompano Beach is the first city to partner with Broward County on the ePermitsOneStop project in order to deliver substantial benefits to all those involved in the development process,” said Pompano Beach Mayor Rex Hardin.
