POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – A new event to celebrate Haitian heritage and cultural arts is scheduled for Sept. 15 at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center. Save Our Boys Inc, along with the City of Pompano Beach present the Haitian Heritage and Cultural Arts Celebration, a special event to celebrate and honor the richness, strength, talents and beauty of the Haitian Diaspora. This inaugural event happens from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and although it is free and open to the public, guests are encouraged to RSVP at ccpompano.org due to limited space.
