Leaders throughout Miami-Dade County recently assembled at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens to witness the beginning of a major renovation of the Miami Dolphins’ home. Sporting hard hats and protective gear, public officials, community leaders and Miami’s business elite came out to celebrate the groundbreaking of this sports arena, which officials hope will attract future Super Bowl games and collegiate championships. According to the Miami Dolphins administration, conservative estimates indicate the stadium modernization project will bring at least 4,000 good paying jobs to Miami-Dade County.
