With the New Year upon us, a vision board is a popular tool to help manifest goals. A local group is hosting an event for mothers who own businesses to create vision boards together in preparation for 2018. Boss Moms, a networking group that meets monthly to promote and support the “professional and entrepreneurial efforts of the everyday mom,” is hosting a Master Mind and Vision Board workshop.

A vision board is created by gluing colorful pictures, words and images onto a poster board. The thinking behind the tool is the images represent goals that you are working towards and by viewing them frequently; they not only serve as a visual reminder but also serve a deeper spiritual purpose by impressing the goals upon the mind.

Boss Moms is guiding the event where participants can map out their 2018 goals. Refreshments will be served and although materials for the board will be provided, participants are encouraged to bring their favorite magazines.
