Miami-Dade, Fla. – Commissioner Kionne L. McGhee, in partnership with the Miami-Dade Police Department and Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces, spearheaded the South Dade “Let’s Stay Safe” Halloween Tour Oct. 27 – 31. Each day, McGhee joined officials and community members at Southridge Park, Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park, Wilbur B. Bell Park and JL & Enid W. Demps Park, as well as the Naranja Lakes and Everglades Village communities to present scare zones and offer trunk-or-treat drive-throughs for residents to receive candy and goodie bags.
