Sample healthy foods, try a fitness class, get a screening and learn more about making healthy choices during the third annual Health and Wellness Expo, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, at Allamanda Elementary School, 10300 Allamanda Drive, Palm Beach Gardens. The event will feature interactive activities, demonstrations and food tastings from dozens of health and wellness vendors, a raffle and a presentation on “The Puzzle of Me” by Jeannine Rizzo, M.P.S., assistant wellness coordinator for the School District of Palm Beach County.
