The Black Professionals Network is hosting its annual summit on Friday, Sept. 28th thru Sept. 30 at Florida International University’s Roz and Cal Kovens Conference Center (3000 NE 151ST North Miami). The event starts at 8:30 a.m. with a check-in, continental breakfast and concurrent educational workshops conducted throughout the day. In addition, vendor booths with information regarding careers, products and more will be available.

This year’s theme is ‘Disruption – Creating a Culture of Progress and Elevating the Narrative.’

The annual conference is designed for professionals looking to be a part of a collaborative network across industries, job functions, and interests all while learning best practices to excel in their respective fields.

Proceeds from the event support the yearly programming of the Black Professionals Network, a non-profit tax-exempt organization. BPN produces events. workshops, seminars to provide professional development and career opportunities to emerging professionals. The organization aims to support professional leaders in the community and provide them resources to achieve optimal career success because “together each achieves more.”
