The Honorable Wayne M. Messam, on behalf of the Miramar City Commission, will present the annual State of the City Address on Thursday, Oct. 13, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Miramar Cultural Center Artspark, 2400 Civic Center Place. This community information forum is free and open to the public.
Mayor Messam will discuss achievements and accomplishments of the City of Miramar during the past year, the economic forecast for the City along with updates on capital projects, city services and the direction the City is headed in fiscal year 2017.
