Free First Thursdays at PAMM: In honor of Haitian Heritage Month, Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) in collaboration with Rhythm Foundation, presents a free performance the legendary Haitian kompa group the Shleu Shleu Miami All Stars from 6-9 p.m., at the museum, 1103 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. 8th Annual All Kids Included Family Arts Festival: South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center (SMDCAC) and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs present Creating Harmony Through Diversity” for children and families from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the SMDCAC, located at 10950 SW 211 St., in Cutler Bay.  The event is free. Special highlights of the 2014 All Kids Included Festival include: Sensory-Friendly main stage performances by family-friendly hip hop with Secret Agent 23 Skidoo and Live in Color; and comic relief with Page Turner Adventures. Festival d’Haiti: Miramar Library will present a pre-Haitian Flag Day family celebration at noon, at the Miramar Branch Library and Educational Center, 2050 Civic Center Place in South Broward.
