Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) agents and Boca Raton Police arrested David Naftaly, 42, of Parkland; Rachelle Pelletier, 44, of Pompano Beach; Elizabeth Smodey, 27, of Wilton Manors and Mike Mitchell, 49, of Wilton Manors.

mike_mitchell_web_fc.jpgThe ring was run out of Pompano Beach. They are charged with racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, and money laundering.

It capped of a 2-year investigation into All Perfect Tens Escort Service, an online escort service, which operated in multiple counties in South Florida.

The company advertised adult entertainment, parties, couples, and other services. Investigators, however, found they provided mostly sex for money at a $160 per hour.

The company hired as many as 10 to 15 women per shift.
