Dix attorney Jason Wolf alleges that Kimberly Holland and ICON Management locked the sprinter into a predatory contract and won't let him out.

Dix has been trying to enter track meets by using his brother, Washington Dix, as representation. ICON is threatening to sue if he continues, and if Dix disparages the agency in conversations with other athletes and agents.

Holland's secretary says the agent is declining comment.

Dix holds the NCAA 200-meter record, and won bronze medals last summer in Beijing's Olympic 100- and 200-meter events.

The agency dispute is now going through arbitration. Dix's contract was set to expire Dec. 23, 2009.
