WEST PALM BEACH — “A Standing Ovation” for James “Jim” Drayton is the theme this year as the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Democratic Black Caucus honors the beloved community leader during the second annual Call to Action Luncheon, on Saturday, Feb. 16.

Drayton is president of the Together We Stand Democratic Club of Palm Beach County. The event takes place at 11:30 a.m., at the Mary V. McDonald-Wilson Center at Gaines Park, 1505 N. Australian Ave. in West Palm Beach.
