GREENUP, Ky. (AP) _ The Colonel Bill Williams Heritage Music Festival is set for this weekend at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park, honoring the African-American guitarist from Greenup who made a significant impact on blues music history.

The festival starts at 6 p.m. EDT Friday with the blues, while the 6 p.m. Saturday session covers country, bluegrass and rock. Both events are at the amphitheatre. Gospel music will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the lobby at the lodge.

Tickets aren't necessary for the Sunday event or for a Saturday afternoon session featuring local musicials, but the evening events cost $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and $3 for students. Preschoolers get in free.
