Hospice Volunteers Needed: VITAS Innovative Hospice Care of Broward needs volunteers who can make friendly visits to terminally ill patients and their families, provide relief for weary caregivers, visit veterans, accompany their dog for pet therapy visits and/or sew Memory Bears. Licensed hairdressers are also needed to give free haircuts to patients at home, as well as people to play musical instruments, sing or read to a patient who can no longer see.
