MIAMI – The Miami-Dade Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) Head Start/Early Head Start Program is accepting applications for the 2013-2014 program year which begins on Aug. 19.
Parents with children 3 years old (by Sept. 1) to 5 years old (after Sept. 1) may qualify for the program. Children with disabilities who have a current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP) are encouraged to apply. Applications are available at all Head Start/Early Head Start centers and CAHSD Community Service Centers throughout Miami-Dade County.
Applications and a list of Head Start Centers with vacancies may also be downloaded online at miamidade.gov/socialservices
