chris-bosh-1_web.jpgMIAMI (AP) _ Chris Bosh has had a whirlwind postseason. Flying home in the middle of the night to watch the birth of his son. Suffering a significant abdominal injury. Dealing with the death of a masseuse who was visiting his home when she was stricken. And he's still involved in an ongoing custody fight over his first child.

Amid all that, he's headed back to the NBA finals. If the Heat are going to win it this time Bosh likely will have to play a major role against the Oklahoma City Thunder when the series begins Tuesday.

His importance to Miami is unquestioned, at least by the Heat. Where he exactly fits in the rotation these days, that's still in some doubt.

Bosh says it's “irrelevant'' as long as he's getting minutes.
