America’s Got Talent will begin its nationwide search for season-nine acts with open auditions in Miami Beach.
America’s Got Talent is the only talent competition show open to any age and any talent, and has been recognized as a “shocking, modern-day variety show.” The auditions are an opportunity for performers across the country to showcase their talent in 90 seconds to the series’ producers, in the hopes of being able to take the stage in front of the show’s judges. Every type of performer is welcome: Last season’s competitors included musicians, dancers, magicians, contortionists, comedians, singers, jugglers, animal acts, and everything in between.
America’s Got Talent is produced by Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment and FremantleMedia North America. Cowell, Jason Raff, Sam Donnelly, Trish Kinane and Rob Wade are the executive producers.
