MIAMI — The Gamma Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Celebrity Kids Club, and Humana Market Point invite the community to participate in the Youth Health Fair on Saturday, April 28, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at 2740 N.W. 169th Terr., in Miami Gardens.

The public is invited to receive valuable health information, asthma awareness, dental health care, blood pressure screenings, diabetes, child development services and healthy foods.

Participants are encouraged to come and speak with representatives who will be available from Humana MarketPoint, Healthy Families, Health Connect, Miami Childrens Hospital, North Dade Youth and Family Coalition, Project Y.O.U., Citrus Health Network, Dr. Grant/Garvin, Aventura Hospital and Florida International University (Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine). 

The event offers music, food, games, prizes and important facts, materials, and resources needed to fight the health problems impacting children. Individuals also can register to vote.
