Florida Department of Health spokesman Doc Kokol said Thursday that everyone now should make plans to get shots or the nasal spray vaccine.

The H1N1 vaccine initially had been restricted to those most vulnerable, including children. The federal government now says those limits no longer are needed because the national supply has reached 111 million doses.

Swine flu has killed 186 people in Florida including two in the past week. The flu season usually doesn't peak in Florida until February and officials are worried another wave of swine flu may hit the state later next year.
