D.R.E.A.M Program Accepting Applicants: D.R.E.A.M. is entering its third year and doesn’t want girls between the ages of 12 and 16 to miss out on all the fun. Registration begins Feb. 14, and continues until all spaces are filled. Register Monday through Friday at Miramar Youth Enrichment Center, 7000 Miramar Pkwy., from 1 – 8 p.m. and Ansin Sports Complex, 10801 Miramar Blvd., from 1 – 8 p.m.  Fees include a $25 registration for the year and $10 per month for field trips and onsite activities. Cheaper to Keep Her: Nationally-renowned playwright Je’Caryous Johnson is bringing his critically acclaimed play to the James L. Little Haiti Stage Play: Spase Cadets Foundation, a local nonprofit company, presents the heart wrenching stage play Lil Haiti – The Untold Story, at the Little Haiti Cultural Center, located at 212 NE 59th Terr. in Miami, at 7 p.m. The playwright chronicles real life stories of the early Haitian experience. After escaping the communist regime of Haiti and landing on South Florida's sun tanned beaches, Haitian immigrants faced a plethora of challenges and adversity. College Fair: Representatives from more than 200 colleges and universities will be at the 2011 National College Fair at the Doubletree Miami Mart Airport Hotel, 777 N.W. 72 Ave. in Miami, from 12 – 4 p.m. The free fair allows students, parents and other members of the public to meet with college representatives and get their questions answered. Calling All Artists: The Diaspora Arts Coalition (DAC) and the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition are looking for talented performers to showcase at the upcoming 2011 Dade County Fair.
