Literature and music combine for a night of reading and revelry at the Little Haiti Cultural Center. The ongoing cultural celebration known as ‘Big Night in Little Haiti’ changes it up this month with the addition of eight female writers of Haitian descent.

Before the music starts, listen to the authors who will read and discuss their latest works. Participating authors include Rebecca N. Carmant (Sunshine on Stormy Seas), M.J. Fievre (A Sky in the Color of Chaos) and Margaret Papillon (Fringes of Reality).

Aroze Troubadou, the Haitian folk band led by guitarist Jean Levelt performs at the free event.
