Florida law students can apply for $1,000 scholarship.

Florida – Brandon Legal Group, a law firm in the Tampa area, is offering a $1,000 scholarship for a student currently attending an ABA accredited law school or an ABA approved paralegal studies program in the state of Florida.

Applicants are asked to submit an essay of 500 to 800 words that responds to a provided essay topic that focuses on different areas of law.

Submissions will be judged on content, creativity, accuracy and grammar. Potential applicants can submit their essay online from now until midnight on November 30.

Brandon Legal Group knows that legal issues can affect many people’s lives. This creative writing scholarship is meant to help with the cost of schooling for a student with aspirations of becoming an attorney or paralegal. Brandon Legal Group also wants to encourage the continued study of the law.
