(CFCE) in Miami-Dade county celebrated its 37th Anniversary with a Masquerade Gala on October 19th, 2014 at the Newport Beachside Resort to honor and recognize six prominent organizations and community leaders for their outstanding contributions to the community and their commitment to helping to improve the lives of others.
