RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (Black PR Wire) – Recipients of the NextEra Energy Scholarship for Black Students in the Southeastern Consortium for Minorities in Engineering (SECME) proudly hold up their $20,000 college scholarship check at Manatee Lagoon in Riviera Beach on July 8. The Florida Power & Light Company scholarship program recognizes students who were part of the SECME club in high school. The eight winners of scholarships toward their university studies are:
