CASPER, Wyo. (AP) _ The social media website Wallet Hub ranks Wyoming as the seventh best state in the nation for summer road trips.

Its 2015’s Best and Worst States for Summer Road Trips analyzed several factors, including road conditions, traffic, weather, attractions, gas prices, lodging, camping, cost of car repairs, auto theft rates and proximity to national parks.

KTWO radio in Casper reports (http://bit.ly/1CAVB7M ) Wyoming finished with the fourth lowest costs for driving and lodging in the nation, including the second lowest average price for campsites.

Wyoming also ranked in the top 10 for road conditions and safety.

Only Oregon, Nevada, Minnesota, Washington, Ohio and Utah ranked ahead of Wyoming. Colorado finished just behind in eighth place. Nebraska, Montana and South Dakota came in 15th, 40th and 46th, respectively.
