DELRAY BEACH- In an effort to increase the number of Palm Beach County seniors completing the FAFSA, students and parents can get assistance with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid before the Atlantic High School football game vs. Boca Raton High School on Friday, Oct. 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Media Center at Atlantic Community High School, 2455 West Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach

Completing the FAFSA, which qualifies students for Pell Grants and other forms of federal and state financial aid, is the first step in making college affordable for students.

The FAFSA and Football Initiative campaign will have representatives from the school, school district and the State Department of Education available to assist. The event is open to any high school student. Parents and students should bring their latest tax returns.
