dominican-republic-flag_web.jpgSANTO DOMINGO —  A 5.1 magnitude earthquake struck near the border with Haiti no damage  reported. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake's epicenter was  four miles west-northwest of the city of Barahona Saturday at a depth of  12 miles. An earthquake of the same intensity struck Anguilla on July 4.
