Reading Counts is a reading program in which students can read a book of interest, whether fiction or non-fiction, and then take a short quiz to test comprehension.

To celebrate at Limestone, top readers from each grade level raced against the fairy tale villains, Principal Sue Gibbs or Vice Principal Kelly Mullen, around the Limestone Creek bus loop on tricycles. The students won every race against the fairy tale villains.

“What a wonderful event to celebrate an exciting year of reading,” said Limestone Media Specialist Jill Sherpitis.  “I can't wait to see what Principal Reading Counts challenge the students dream up for next year.”
