COCONUT CREEK- A Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy has been arrested on driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident with damages, and careless driving charges.
Coconut Creek Police arrested Deputy James Ottinger on Wednesday, June 13, at 3 a.m. in the morning.
The police report has yet to be released, but according to sources, Ottinger had an accident and then fled the scene.
His employment status is not immediately known.
