WEST PALM BEACH- William “Bill” Moss, a West Palm Beach city commissioner was discovered dead inside his home Wednesday morning.
The cause of his death is unknown, but police officials say there are no signs of foul play. Friends and associates says Moss was in poor health and was taking pain medication. Moss, 67, was scheduled to be sworn for his seventh term next week.
