This highly anticipated new restaurant, bar and jazz club opened on April 6 to a packed house. The Stacy Brooks Band kept the crowd entertained at what was formerly known as Chicago’s on Greene St. Key West. Chicago’s 312 is located at the Grand Palms Resort in Pembroke Pines Florida and offers delicious American cuisine, including macaroni and cheese, collard greens, rosemary chicken, cornbread that is building its own delicious reputation and much more in an upscale setting. The 500-seat restaurant serves breakfast and features live jazz and blues bands like George Freeman, Pack Rat Smoke House, Laurie Bell, Biscuit Miller, Maurice Vaughn. You can also catch songstresses like Leesa Richards and Maryel Epps, who brings the house down during the Sunday Jazz Brunch.

Open Mondays through Sundays, from 6 a.m. to midnight. Live music is featured from Thursday to Sunday evenings.

Located in the heart of downtown Hollywood, Ginger bay Cafe offers a distinctly Caribbean vibe with island culture, food and entertainment.
