What I know to be a great secret throughout black America is a definitive plan for the future of our young people. We don’t hear from voices that are able to rise above nonsense and other noises with questions, information and ideas about tomorrow’s world. Day to day survival mode sucks so much vitality that tends to numb the mind and spirit and only hope is left, and it’s without a foundation.
It seems to me, like love, hope has to be based on reality; and what is that but anguish for most of black America. Since American eugenicists, i.e. Dixiecrats, Liberals and Conservatives — America’s white nationalists – decided to destroy black families to further control and decimate black populations throughout the country, black female heads of households dominate and black men and boys either die young or languish in jails and prisons or on a short leash of parole.
No matter what number of success stories mass media outlets portray of black boys raised by their mothers, overwhelming numbers of black boys suffer greatly without fathers and positive men in neighborhoods. Successful communities are family orientated, where men raise boys and provide safety and stability. Children have to constantly learn and improve. They must be challenged and have successes and failures. Children need to be awed by the arts, science, sports and travel.
Too many residents of poor and near poor inner cities, especially, have survived incredibly hard times. Many will tell of hunger, some of homelessness and others of hard work in the fields and very little education. There were few, if any, books, magazines or newspapers to be had. So many grew up behind in school and could never catch up. And there were those that could only go to school seasonally, after crops were in.
During the same period, public school administrators gutted inner city schools, most of which are still totally or nearly segregated, of resources including repairs. Funds went to segregated white or near white schools and new schools in mostly white suburban neighborhoods. Responses from black communities were lame and primarily after the fact. (Black politicos have a penchant for playing the politics of containment when the politics of access should be played.)
Now here’s what I think we had better understand: White nationalist America – the true American majority – is hoping that black America will fall into the abyss! We have been given Judas goats as leaders that have led us to the precipice, now all we have to do is fall in and their troubles are over. The abyss is darkness, ignorance, no future. White America will not have to compete with the people of melanin, who have the power of dominion, however dormant, perhaps even forgotten.
Continuing to focus on legislation and further tussling with American legality is a fruitless pursuit as a main thrust for liberation. No, black America’s major focus has to be on the development of our next generation. Do not be persuaded or fooled by Negroes paraded before you and I with smooth sounding illogical rhetoric. Do not get conned into forsaking our most valuable resource because downtown interests control what too many so-called leaders say and don’t say.
If we, the beautiful people of all shades of black and to the lightest brown, block out everything else as ancillary and give our combined physical, mental and spiritual energies to creating a way out of no way for our kids, I believe that Creation will open a portal of deliverance for them. And our global prowess in all the arts, entertainment and sports will be overtaken by an awakened people of science and technology. Pray for transformation!
