Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness and Family released a statement on Tuesday announcing a memorial service for son David Andrew Holness.

It read:

“It is with our deepest sorrows that we inform you of the death of our beloved David Andrew Holness. Please join us for a memorial service celebrating David’s life.”

The viewing will be Friday, Dec.1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Open Bible Church, 4767 NW 24 Court in Lauderdale Lakes. The funeral will be Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1 p.m., also at Open BibleChurch.

According to the announcement, the younger Holness was a son, father, brother, grandson and friend.
