The City of Miami Gardens presents the New Market Tax Credit Basics 101 Workshop, which will feature leading experts in the NMTC field. Executives from Novogradac and Company LLP, Greenberg Traurig LLP, Advantage Capital Partners and Capital Trust Agency will be on hand to offer expertise and answer questions regarding the NMTC. Topics include:

• Community Development Entities (CDE) Financing of Acquisition, Construction, Working Capital for Businesses with NMTCs.

• How to finance community facilities with NMTCs? How does it work?

• Investors’, Borrowers’ and Lenders’ role in the NMTC Equation.
