The Male/Female Thing: The African American Performing Arts Community Theatre will present this comedy/drama that centers on the power struggles that men and women experience in their search for love and lust that lead to both hurt and hope. It is directed by Teddy Harrell Jr. and performances will run Sept. 1 to 26 at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center, 6161 NW 22nd Ave., in Miami’s Liberty City.
