The Historic Dorsey Park was robust with energy and civic engagement recently during a “Rock the Vote” service project sponsored by the F.A.C.E. (Film, Art & Culture, Coding and Entrepreneurship). Participants in the Summer Youth Training and Employment Program were an intricate part of the process. The park is located at 1701 NW First Ave. in Miami. The project emphasized voting and canned food donations.  Interns invited and helped residents to register to vote.  Attendees were required to bring two can goods for the food drive. Donations were presented to the Historic Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 301 NW Ninth St.
