MARGATE – Pollo Tropical will opening its newest restaurant at 5425 W. Atlantic Blvd. on Friday, Jan. 10, with a Grand Opening Beach Party featuring music, prizes and a surfing simulator. One lucky winner chosen from the first 100 customers in line will even win free Pollo Tropical for a year.

Pollo Tropical is a Caribbean-inspired fast casual Miami-based company. Founded in 1988, it currently owns and operates 102 locations in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, and recently broke ground on its first Texas location in Addison.
