Fire on the Fourth Miami Beach: Things heat up at Miami Beach’s Independence Day celebration, which includes a free live concert by jazz princess Nicole Henry at 7 p.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m. Free shuttles will run from North Beach to South Beach from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

The buses leave from 72nd Street and Collins Avenue and 81 Street and Collins Avenue and disembark at 11th Street and Washington Avenue to the North Beach stops between 10 – 11 p.m. Visit miamibeachfl.gov

Fort Lauderdale Fourth Spectacular: Free all-day celebration on Fort Lauderdale Beach at A1A and Las Olas Boulevard, with family activities and contests 1 – 4:30 p.m.; live music and entertainment 4 – 9 p.m.; and 9 p.m. fireworks show. Visit fortlauderdale.gov or call 954-828-5363.
4th on Flagler: Live music, fun activities and fireworks at the annual celebration, 5-10 p.m. along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach. Call 561-822-2222.

Marathon Beach Party & Fireworks: In one of the Keys’ largest and longest fireworks displays, crowds gather in Marathon for a patriotic parade that begins around 10:30 a.m. and proceeds from Marathon High School on Sombrero Beach Road, MM 50 oceanside, to Sombrero Beach. An all-day celebration there featuring food, drink, and family-friendly entertainment concludes with a fireworks show. Call 305-743-5417.

Fireworks at Vista View: Vista Park stays open until 10 p.m. to
allow visitors to view fireworks from Davie, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Sunrise, and possibly Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, depending on conditions. The park at 4001 S.W. 142nd Ave., Davie, opens at 8 a.m., most shows are scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. Call 954-357-8898.

Delray Beach Celebration & Fireworks: The Delray Beach July Fourth Celebration will offer hours of live entertainment on Ocean Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue beginning at 3 p.m. and ending with an audience-wowing pyrotechnic display at 9 p.m. Vendors will offer food and merchandise and local merchants will be open. 4th at Seminole Hard Rock: There will be food trucks, a zip line, rock climbing wall, football toss, a variety of live entertainment, stilt walkers, portable party unit bars, interactive games and a fireworks show, free and open to the public, 6 – 10 p.m. at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 5747 Seminole Way, Hollywood. Star Spangled Spectacular: Hollywood Beach’s annual celebration begins at Charnow Park at Garfield Street with a DJ, patriotic tattoos, music and games for children from 1 – 6 p.m. Music at the Hollywood Beach Theatre gets underway at 1 p.m. featuring Fusion Dance Band, at 7 p.m. with The Ruby Baker Band, and culminates with an offshore fireworks display at 9 p.m.
