POMPANO BEACH — Applications for birth and death certificates are now available at the Broward County Health Department’s Hughes Health Center in Pompano Beach. The new office will be open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and on Tuesday from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
The Hughes Health Center is located at 205 N.W. Sixth Ave., Pompano Beach. Pompano Beach joins Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood as a third, convenient walk-in location for the services.
Birth and death certificates also are available at the Broward County Health Department’s Office of Vital Statistics in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, and through online, phone and mail order.
Office hours for the third Friday of each month are 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.. Offices are closed the third Friday of each month.
