N’Namdi Contemporary Gallery is hosting an exhibition in solidarity with Black Lives Matter on March 10 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event will include singing, art and spoken word performances by Chunky, Marcus Blake and Butterfly. There will also be a community-based large scale wall installation. Local and international artists, Leonor Anthony, Niki Lopez, Alana Dacosta, Richard Wright, Allison Kotzig, Kianga Jinaki will participate. After the event, a ritual removal of the wall installation panels will occur with the panels distributed into the streets “to spread love and inspiration.” The N’Namdi Contemporary is located at 177 NW 23rd St, in Miami’s Wynwood community.
